The City of Purcell is hiring a full-time Parks and Recreation Superintendent for the Parks & Recreation Department.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about Parks & Recreation and enjoys working directly with the public! This position reports directly to the City Manager.
The Superintendent is responsible for public relations, management of staff and facilities, fiscal management, creating and managing events on the department calendar, creating and managing reservations for park facilities, the Parks department website, the City of Purcell website, the City of Purcell Facebook pages, garden bed maintenance, park maintenance, playground maintenance & repair, janitorial duties, and secretarial duties.

Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - 18 years of age - Valid Driver's License - Basic Computer skills - Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
